• Here sooner than I expected

I really needed the rug for the spare room on time. Ordered on Monday evening, and by Wednesday the box was standing in the hall. Well packed, and the rug lay flat within a day.

• Quick, personal answer to my question

I wanted to know whether a particular rug was alright over underfloor heating, so I emailed on Sunday evening. By Monday morning I had a clear answer from an actual person, not a template. That makes ordering a lot easier.

• Exactly the colour in the photos

I was worried the beige would come out more yellow in real life. It didn't. The colour is exactly what's on the site, and the pile feels thicker than I expected for this price.

• The size guide settled it

I couldn't decide between 160x230 and 200x290 for the seating area. The tip from the size guide, marking the outline on the floor with tape, made it obvious straight away. So the big one, and that was right. Only the measuring itself took me an evening.

• The room suddenly feels finished

We'd had a bare wooden floor in the living room for years and it always stayed a bit chilly. Since the rug went down, the seating area hangs together. The room feels warmer and calmer, like everything is where it should be.

• Swapping it was no hassle

The first size turned out to be too small for under the dining table after all. I registered the return on the site, had confirmation within a few days and the money came back. Ordered the larger size and that one does fit. All very clear.
