Dispute resolution

Do you have a complaint? Please contact us first at info@karpet24.nl; we're happy to resolve it with you directly. If we can't find a solution together, you can submit your dispute to the independent Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP Den Haag (degeschillencommissie.nl), because we are a member of Thuiswinkel.org. Thuiswinkel.org guarantees that its members comply with the committee's binding decisions, up to an amount of €10,000 per decision. The full procedure is described in our general terms and conditions (Articles 17 and 18).

Liability for content

We compile the content of this website with the greatest possible care. However, we cannot guarantee that the information provided is accurate, complete and up to date. Obvious mistakes, typing errors and typesetting errors (for example incorrect prices or product descriptions) do not bind us.
